Gavin has been admitted to the intensive care unit.
His oxygen levels fell dramatically around 5.30pm and he had to be sedated and intubated. He’s off for a CT scan tonight to check his shunt, and they’re still planning to do the biopsy tomorrow.
It’s been a very stressful few days, but we have to believe in the amazing feats of strength and endurance that the Gavinator is capable of.
I am hoping, praying, willing with every fiber of my being that Gavin is about to turn a corner and find his way to recovery. He is an amazing boy, with truly amazing parents, he can and will survive this. You are in our thoughts every moment of every day. Love Tiffany, Jason and Ellis
There is so much love and strength and hope and light in Gavin’s life – most of all from his most amazing mum and dad, as well as the rest of his loving family, and from all of this wider circle of friends, and even strangers who’ve been touched by your story – we are all channeling every bit of everything good we have in us to Gavin to aid in the recovery that we truly believe is and will to be imminent.
